On July 12, 2024, Alpinus Investment Holdings PTE. LTD. (202428411M) was officially incorporated and registered with ACRA, in accordance with the Companies Act 1967 of the Republic of Singapore.

As a startup, Alpinus Investment Holdings PTE. LTD. will focus on trading activities as its core business over the next five years. Simultaneously, the company will lay the groundwork for Hydroponic Agriculture projects, targeting developments in Asia, Europe, Mexico, the USA, Africa, and South America.
